    Thanks for the link. Looks interesting.
    I've only glanced over this, but one thing that's important to realize when it comes to determining German tank losses is that they were lousy in reporting those. They were bad at writing tanks off and kept them around hoping they could some day be repaired, even if they were well beyond repair. In this sense it is much more relevant to look at German operational strength during and after an operation which, because of the reporting issues, can be rather difficult.
