Hello Is there someone who was successfull to log with the old account, to the new website. It's asked to fill a new form with a new password.... Ok! and when you submit the form it's refused because you have not checked the "Terms & Conditions Field"... Which doesn't exist on the form !!!
Hi Patrick, It seems they have limited the zoom level to 2 increments on the new site whereas it was 5 on the old. I preferred the old site :dodgy: Regards, Pat
Hi All, I have just tried to order a copy of NCAP_ACIU_US30_4108_1002 from the new NCAP site in order to progress matters on the 'Hoatson Horsa Wreck' thread but when I click the 'Apply for Licence' button at the bottom of the third and last tab, I keep getting an error message which states: It's driving me up the wall, especially since I just gave them the £40 sub to view the sortie index plots online. Normally, good online order forms will tell you exactly where the error is, but not here! Can anyone see an error or omission in my application screenshots below: Help :huh: Thanks, Pat
Hi Patrick, I tried takng out the forward slash '/' last night but I still got the error. I also tried putting in a dummy UK format post code but that too failed. I'll get onto them tonight via their 'contact' link. Thanks for your suggestion though. Has anyone used the new form yet? Pat
Hi All, Glad to report success in submitting the licence request form for a copy of NCAP_ACIU_US30_4108_1002. I arrived at the order form by clicking the 'Buy' link here but I have a feeling that the option to buy on these search pages refers only to an £8.25 'proof' version of each photograph. The 'Image Sales' page is here and seems to imply that there is more work (and more money!) to be done in order to aquire larger files above 300dpi. We'll see what comes back in the automated email reply to my successful submission of the order form. Regards, Pat
