    I downloaded files in medium resolution and jp2 format.
    When I tried to open them with Xnview the program told me they were in unknown format.
    Which program do you use to open them?

    Ok.. solved.
    I have added a plugin in Xnview which allow to open jp2 files in big fomat.
    Those in 'medium resolution' are in fact 20286x15667 (i.e)

    Hi Patrick,

    Glad you got it sorted.

    I use InfanView to open jp2 files from the IGN site. When I moved Photoshop CS3 to a new PC last autumn, I lost a plugin to handle this file type so now I open them in InfanView and re-save as TIFFs if I need to work the files further in CS3.
