Hi - I've been researching the life and career of Obersturmbannführer Max Wünsche, latterly Panzer Regiment Kommandeur of the 12th SS Panzer Division Hitlerjugend who fought near Caen from June- to Falaise in August 1944. Just starting researching properly that period. If anyone has any photos or personal accounts of those who fought with the 12th SS or against them, I'd love to hear it. C
