Morning All, I have just mailed the seven frames up to NCAP in Edinburgh on loan to allow them scan and add to their collection. Kevin has promised to let us have free 1600dpi scans in response. These will be far superior scans to my PS joined 400dpi versions currently in the Green Room, which I will be replacing with the professional versions. A win/win for everyone Regards, Pat
Allan, I did a 10 week internship at the Scottish Brewing Archives, which is a part of the University of Glasgow, in 1996/1997 and let me tell you, not much happens up there. I am joking of course. Stephen
Hi Guys, I couldn't possibly comment on your last two posts  During a 'Google' last night using an aerial recon related search term, I hit upon Volker Dederichs's US 30th Infantry Division dedicated site, www.oldhickory30th.com. On his 'Photo Page 6' page therein is an extract from a reconnaissance photo about half way down the page. I am pretty sure this extract is from another frame of Sortie US30/4378. Note the small field at top left with the single tree in the middle in that extract is also visible in our copy of frame 2004 (lower right) below: The extract could of course be from a different sortie flown around the same date, but the orientation seems to match that of US30/4378. I have sent Volker an email to see if he has the full version or any additional frames from this sortie. Regards, Pat
